How many attendees are you expecting?

We know you won’t know the exact number for a while, but give us your best guess. This number helps us estimate how much your total cost will be! You have the option to pay for your attendees or have your attendees pay for themselves.

Will you be using your own registration system?

If you are planning on running event registration through your own system or your church’s system, you will be able to link your event directly to that registration site. All events using an external registration system will be created as pre-pay events, where hosts will specify the number of expected attendees. You will be required to pre-pay for your attendees when registering, as well as pay for new attendees as they continue to sign up. You will need to make sure everyone’s registration is accounted for on your IF:Local event page.

Don’t know your registration URL yet? That’s okay! You can edit this information later under your Event Details. If you select “Yes”, you will be pre-paying for your attendees (11 people minimum).

Will you pay for your attendees or will your attendees pay for themselves?

I will pay for my attendees (pre-pay).

This means you want the gathering to be free for your attendees or you are using your own (external) registration system and will be collecting an attendee fee via that system. We suggest pre-paying only for the number of attendees you expect to have at your event. We are not able to offer refunds for unused, pre-paid tickets. You can always add more attendees later, but the price per attendee will be dependent on how many people you’re adding to your event at that moment. For example, if you’d like to add 5 more attendees after your original purchase, the cost per attendee will be $19.

My attendees will pay for themselves (pay as you go).

You can opt for each of your attendees to pay their own ticket price as they register. When you register to host, you will get a unique URL with an event code that you will share with your invitees so they can sign up for your event. Each of your attendees will be able to register for any pass for $10 off using your event link.
